We are proud that the schools are exceptionally calm and welcoming environments.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for student behaviour, which is supported by highly effective Pastoral Teams in every school with Pastoral Managers, non-teaching Year Leads and Safeguarding Teams. We have an on-call system so classrooms are not disrupted and teachers can focus on teaching.

Our Trust has invested in and continues to invest in the school facilities with multi-million pound capital investments on buildings and development. This investment has included CCTV in schools for student and staff safety.

We have a ‘Working Together Communication Policy for Parents and Carers’ which creates a positive partnership between parents, staff and the school community.
