There is extensive myriad of initiatives to enhance the health and wellbeing of our staff and there is a wellbeing check built into staff induction and review.

We offer free gym use and staff sports, staff canteen with healthy choices, free breakfast and free food/refreshments for late night events and meetings.

There is paid time off for family events based on a reasonable number (i.e. graduations and children’s concerts/sports days) and funerals of relatives and close friends.

Flexible working requests are also supported where possible as per the Flexible Working Act 2024.
