
In all of the schools in our Trust, we have a wellbeing-focussed culture as your wellbeing and mental health matters.

■ ■ The yearly budget is set out such that any forthcoming pay deals and pay progression increases are budgeted for.
■ ■ A senior member of staff has responsibility for overseeing staff wellbeing across the Trust. Staff can make contact through the ‘Who to contact’ section on this website.

■ ■ On site gym available for use by staff at the end of the working day. Cowley Academy gym to be developed.

■ ■ As a Trust we celebrate all achievements of our staff whether this is in school or outside of school, achievements are included in weekly newsletters and on social media.

■ ■ All staff will receive a birthday card every year from their Head of School.
■ ■ Sweet treats provided to staff at various times of the year.
■ ■ Staff enjoy being able to participate in team sports such as football / netball after school.
■ ■ School leaders are available for all staff to discuss any concerns whatever their nature.
■ ■ With four schools in our Trust it may be possible for staff to relocate. All requests will be considered on an individual basis.
■ Heads of School have daily contact with Deputy Chief Executive Officers and Chief Executive Officer.
■ ■ Appraisal meetings held at the start of the year with a mid year review during Term 4. Ths provides an additional opportunity to review wellbeing.
■ ■ Adjustments made for staff who have food intolerances (i.e. for catering before evening events or our random sweet treats).
■ ■ All requests made by staff to alter their hours are heard and responded to. These are accomodated where possible.
