■ ■ Senior staff are always available to discuss any concerns that staff have. “Our door is always open” policy applied.
■ ■ Staff are able to contact their Head of School in an emergency outside of school hours.
■ ■ Designated HR staff always available on each site every day provide point of content for on going concerns or emergencies which arise during the school day.
