South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are seeking to appoint a Part Time Receptionist to join the team at Giles Academy Contract Type: 20 hours per week (term time + one week holiday working)
Salary Range: GLEA 2-3 – £8,540-£8,708 actual per term
Hours:7.45am-3.45pm Monday and Tuesday 12pm-4.30pm Wednesday
The school reception is the first welcome point to all visitors, the receptionist duties include responding to incoming call, emails and undertaking basic admin duties. The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience of working in a busy school or college environment;
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role (this is not essential as training will be given);
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
